Our DVDs are burned with the top burning program and best burners available. Occasionally our customers inform us that they cannot see their movie or it skips. The most common reason for this is the type of DVD player they are trying to use to view the DVD.

Not all players can properly play “burned” DVDs. Unlike Blockbuster DVDs, which are “Stamped” with the information onto them and play fine on your player, the only way to produce custom DVDs such as the Magic Carpet movie is by “burning the information to disc. Also, some computers will not play these discs because of formatting differences.
